By selecting training courses adapted to his research and career development projects, the doctoral student builds from the beginning of his thesis a progressive training plan throughout his doctoral career.
The training will enable him to acquire and develop key skills in scientific and professional fields, which will promote his career pursuit, access to the highest positions and make the difference when recruiting.
It is also an opportunity to build a portfolio of his activities and to meet and exchange between doctoral students outside the laboratory.
