Transversal trainings

Transversal training must permit to all doctoral students, regardless their discipline, to acquire and develop skills that are transferable to all professional fields.

The training offer is built around skills sought by recruiters and complementary to those developed during the research activity.

The Ad Hoc committee

The offer of transversal training is evolving every year to remain as close as possible to the demand of doctoral students, the expectations of recruiters and to take into account the skills referenced in the doctoral files of the National Directory of Professional Certifications.

The committee is composed by representatives from the socio-economic and academic world, doctoral students, directors of doctoral schools and doctoral training stakeholders meets every year in the spring to review the results, improve and develop the offer.
